OUTLOOK FIXTURE CALENDAR
Welcome to our Microsoft Outlook fixture Calendar.
Follow the instructions on this page to download all of the fixtures for 2010 into your Microsoft Outlook Calendar, meaning you can have racing's full fixture list at your fingertips, all the time.
INSTRUCTIONS
Follow these instructions step-by-step to download the calendar. They may sound complicated but are very straightforward and easy to follow!
Please note these instructions will only work on Outlook version 2007 or later.
Step 1
- From your email inbox, click the button at the top of your screen with 4 coloured squares PLEASE NOTE if you cannot see this button it is likely you are using Outlook 2003 or earlier- these instructions will only work for Outlook 2007 or later.
- On the drop down list click 'All categories'
- Pick one of the colour coded categories that you are unlikely to use and click on its name
- Click 'rename' and rename the category as 'Fixtures' make sure to capitalise the 'F'
- Click 'ok'
Step 2
- Click on this link: 2010 Fixture List for Upload.csv and click 'Save', NOT 'Open'
- Save this document to your desktop, or somewhere you will find it easily
- close this document
Step 3
- Go to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar
- Click on 'File'
- Click on 'Import and Export'
- (Windows Vista users only click on 'outlook' from the drop down menu)
- Select 'Import from another program or file' and click 'next'
- Select 'Comma Separated Values (Windows)' and click 'next'
- Click 'Browse', find the file you have just saved, highlight it and click 'ok'. Make sure you have selected the little circle next to 'Do not import duplicate items' and then click 'next'
- In the 'Select destination folder' box make sure 'Calendar' is highlighted and click 'next'
- Click 'Finish'
You should now find all of 2010's fixtures in your Outlook calendar!!
