    The Stewards considered the running of CHEVIOT (USA) ridden by N. Callan and trained by M.A. Jarvis, who started favourite and finished unplaced but having received a report of the jockey’s explanation that the gelding was hanging badly left handed in the final two furlongs, they decided not to hold an enquiry.
    The Stewards ordered CHEVIOT (USA) to be routine tested.

    The Veterinary Officer reported that THE KYLLACHY KID lost its right fore shoe.

    Paul Hanagan, the rider of SATWA MOON (USA) reported that the colt hung left throughout.

    David Probert, the rider of FORWARD FELINE (IRE), reported that the filly hung right.
